Executive Summary

Parrot Cove Water Park is an indoor water park with water slides, a climbing wall, a lazy river, and party rooms. Parrot Cove Water Park is located in Garden City, Kansas. It is a main center for Western Kansas, Southeastern Colorado, and the Oklahoma Panhandle. It also welcomes travelers from across the United States. In the early design stages of the park, Parrot Cove brought in Betson to help create a new arcade. This added excitement and made the park a real destination.

How Betson Helped

Betson designed and laid out the floor plan for the Parrot Cove arcade, based on the space’s size, to optimize profits. To save space in the layout, Betson created a prize solution. This solution removed the need for a prize counter or an employee to manage it. Betson provided training on game repair to one of its employees, enabling them to handle day-to-day maintenance.
