For warranty parts or repairs, please contact Betson to process an Advance Replacement or Return Material Authorization under the manufacturer’s warranty policy.

Other than abuse, acts of god or improper servicing, Betson used equipment warranty will be as follows based on the condition your machine was sold:
Fully Reconditioned – 6 months Electronic Warranty. 90 days on peripherals.

AS-IS- no warranty
During the warranty period, the Customer may need to return the defective part to Betson for repair or exchange.
