Treasure Lanes Bowling Center, a family-owned entertainment staple in Port Charlotte, Florida, has expanded its offerings with the addition of Game Zone, a brand-new arcade game room designed and installed by Betson Enterprises.

Known for its welcoming atmosphere, 24 bowling lanes, and full-service bar and kitchen, Treasure Lanes has long been a gathering place for more than 45 years for the local community. With the recent addition of an arcade featuring a grand entrance, the venue has taken a major step toward becoming a full Family Entertainment Center (FEC), creating a space where young children, teenagers, and adults of all ages can come together for fun. 

Game Zone spans 8,888 square feet and features 65+ games, along with a state-of-the-art redemption area. Since opening during Halloween (2025) weekend, the arcade has already made a strong impact, delivering noticeable increases in revenue and guest engagement.

“We wanted to give our community something new—something that appeals to all ages,” said Robin Shopa, General Manager and Proprietor of Treasure Lanes Bowling Center. “Adding Game Zone has allowed us to expand our reach and evolve into more of a family entertainment destination. The setup was very professional, and we’ve been extremely happy with how everything came together.”

Working closely with Betson Regional Sales Representative Joe Herbert, the Treasure Lanes team curated a diverse game lineup designed to drive repeat play and broad appeal. Popular attractions include ICEE Slush Rush (Bay Tek Entertainment), Angry Birds Boom! (Raw Thrills & Play Mechanix), NBA Hoops (ICE), Duck Derby (Adrenaline), E-Claw (Elaut), Funko Funcade (UNIS), and Find A Key Deluxe (The Really Big Crane Company). High-performing coin pushers, including Taj Mahal (Smart Industries), have also quickly become guest favorites.

From concept to completion, Betson supported the project with expert guidance on game selection, layout planning, and installation. Treasure Lanes also leveraged additional Betson services, including Betson Technical University (BTU) and the Trade-In Program, to help ensure a smooth rollout and long-term success.

With its expanded arcade, Treasure Lanes Bowling Center continues to build on its legacy as a go-to entertainment destination in Port Charlotte—offering classic bowling, great food and drinks, and now an exciting arcade experience for the entire community.
