THE OPPORTUNITY

Pizza Ranch, a family-friendly buffet-style restaurant chain, was looking to enhance its newest location in Great Falls, Montana. Wagons West Management, which operates 10 Pizza Ranch locations, wanted to build not only the largest Pizza Ranch restaurant but also the company’s largest FunZone arcade.

Their vision was to create a destination for both dining and entertainment while adding a strong supplemental revenue stream.

THE SOLUTION

Betson partnered with Pizza Ranch to plan and install a nearly 6,000-square-foot FunZone featuring over 70 games, making it the largest in the system. From layout to equipment mix, Betson delivered a turnkey solution designed for family appeal and long-term success.

IMPLEMENTATION

Working with Ron Hunt, Regional Sales Director at Betson, the FunZone was strategically designed to maximize guest flow and gameplay. Betson also provided training and support through Betson Technical University (BTU) to prepare the team for launch.
