Bell’s Comics & Cards Expands with New Arcade by Betson Enterprises
Bell’s Comics & Cards, a beloved comic and hobby shop in Grove City, Pennsylvania, has expanded its business with the launch of a brand-new arcade game room, designed and installed by Betson Enterprises.
Originally opened in 1993 by owner Mark Bell to provide a little extra income for his family, Bell’s Comics has since grown into a thriving destination for fans of comics, trading cards, and tabletop games. With the recent expansion, Bell’s now offers 6,000 square feet of arcade space featuring 35 games, adding a whole new dimension to its community-focused atmosphere.
“We live in a small town, and there just aren’t many places for kids and families to hang out,” said Bell. “Creating an arcade was a way for us to offer something exciting and fun for everyone.”
With guidance from Betson Regional Sales Representative Dave Surma, the team built an arcade lineup that includes popular attractions like Super Bikes 3 (Raw Thrills), Air FX (ICE), Big Bass Wheel (Bay Tek), and the Avengers Coin Pusher (Andamiro), which have quickly become top performers. Since opening the game room on April 19th, 2025, Bell’s has seen a 15% boost in retail business—an impressive leap in just two months.
Beyond the games, the store continues to serve its loyal fanbase with birthday parties, board games, Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, Warhammer, sports cards, and more—now with the added bonus of arcade games.
“Working with Betson has been a great partnership,” Bell shared. “They’re easy to work with, always available, and ready to help with any questions. They made the process simple from start to finish.”
Bell’s Comics & Cards continues to turn the page on what a local shop can be—now offering even more ways for families, kids, and fans to gather, play, and connect.
