Betson Southeast Expands Training Program with Multi-Product Service Seminar in Kennesaw, Georgia
Betson Southeast recently hosted its first multi-product training session at its Kennesaw, Georgia, office, bringing together operators, technicians, and industry professionals for a hands-on educational event focused on today’s leading gaming technologies.

The training session featured technical presentations and product education from representatives of GeWeTe and EasyLinx, along with a Light & Wonder refresher led by Betson’s own Sr. Tech, Earl Montiro. Attendees had the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with the latest Light & Wonder game kits while reviewing common service concerns, service best practices, and real-world technical insights.
GeWeTe’s portion of the program focused on the Cash Center Kiosk and how secure, self-service redemption solutions can help operators minimize disruption and better prepare their locations. The session also included installation and maintenance best practices led by GeWeTe technical experts.

EasyLinx closed out the program with an in-depth look at its operational control platform, TITO solution, and scalable route management system. Product managers and technicians reviewed setup best practices, installation preparation, and reporting configuration, giving attendees practical insight they can bring back to their businesses.
The event drew a strong turnout and reflected Betson Southeast’s continued commitment to supporting customers through education, service, and access to expert resources.
“Training events like this give our customers the opportunity to connect directly with product experts, ask questions, and gain hands-on experience with the technologies they are using in the field,” said Jeff Capilouto, General Manager for Betson Gaming. “We were proud to host this first multi-product session in Kennesaw and look forward to continuing to provide valuable educational opportunities throughout the region.”
By bringing manufacturers, technicians, and operators together in one room, the training created an opportunity for meaningful discussion, hands-on learning, and a deeper understanding of the tools available to help Georgia operators run successful, efficient locations.
Betson Southeast thanks everyone who attended and contributed to making the first training session a success. The team looks forward to continuing to support customers and partners with additional training opportunities across the region.
