The Inbound Call Center Representative will provide exceptional Customer Service support in addition to driving sale; professionally engage customers with their parts questions, parts orders and troubleshoot to ensure correct parts are ordered. Job Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls from potential customers looking for parts
  • Guide and support callers based on previous orders / requests
  • Follow up with manufacturers and operators
  • Work alongside Finance and Equipment sales to handle customer cases
  • Describe & explain all available options for warranty replacements
  • Process parts returns: receive items into stock and issuing corresponding credits
  • Meet company goals based around call volume, sales, and customer satisfaction
  • Administrative responsibilities required as necessary to satisfy the needs of position and department

  • Unloading/Loading of product from trucks/trailers.
  • Receive and unpack amusement equipment to select warehouse locations.
  • Effectively and efficiently package outbound shipment to customers, this includes building pallets and crating.
  • Fill requisitions and orders.
  • Responsible for the transportation of amusement equipment and products via 26 ft box truck in local Carlstadt area.
  • Ensure that safety and compliance practices meet DOT and OSHA standards.
  • Maintains standards for cleanliness, organization, and safety throughout the warehouse.
Requirements
  • Packing orders for shipment.
  • Carpentry skills.
  • Pallet building.
  • Must be able to operate a stand-up forklift. Forklift certified.
  • Must have a valid drivers license.

This is necessary and required. * You are paid OT for hours worked and receive a stipend when overnight stays are required.   Job Responsibilities: * Repair and installation of coin-operated Video Machines * Refurbishment of used video game equipment * Troubleshoots computers to the modular level * Installation of equipment in game rooms * Perform additional duties as assigned   Job Requirements
  • Must be mechanically inclined and familiar with all hand tools– we will train the right candidate
  • Driver’s License – Clean driving record a must

Summary: Credit Managers are responsible for managing customer receivables and financing accounts. Credit Managers are reliable professionals with a working knowledge behind the areas of credit management, accounting, financial, and business principles. The candidate is a strategic thinker and diligent worker, who maintains a positive attitude and strong work ethic. The successful candidate will be performing the following duties:
  • Works within financial services department.
  • Coordinates credit approval process, including but not limited to processing credit applications and initiating inquiries into customer’s bank and trade references.
  • Assesses the creditworthiness of potential and existing customers, including establishing payment terms and credit limits.
  • Assesses the creditworthiness of customers for internal financing and leasing programs prepares leasing and loan documents and manages collections
  • Monitors the credit risk associated with customer accounts.
  • Reviews the aging report and coordinates collection of past due amounts.
  • Comfortable engaging with customers for difficult and sensitive collection calls.
