Job Responsibilities:

  • Unloading/Loading of product from trucks/trailers.
  • Receive and unpack amusement equipment to select warehouse locations.
  • Effectively and efficiently package outbound shipment to customers, this includes building pallets and crating.

Order Picker

Betson Enterprises has an immediate opening for an experienced Order Picker in our Carlstadt, NJ facility.

Job Summary:

Order Picker will work in a high volume and fast-paced distribution environment under the general supervision of the Director of Shipping & Receiving within the warehouse facility.

Order Picker will perform inbound activities related to the receipt and storage of goods and outbound activities related to order-filling and stock replenishment.

Job Responsibilities includes but are not limited to the following:

· Select approved pick orders from the designated locations of the daily manifest

· Effectively and efficiently package outbound shipment to customers, this includes building pallets and crating

· Work with customers and drivers to ensure the product is safely loaded, positioned and secured in the truck

· Unload product from trailers and correctly locate in designated bins, properly noting them in the inventory tracking system

· Receive, unpack, check, and stage merchandise or materials.

Event Marketing Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

This role will report to the marketing director and will work across internal teams including marketing, sales, and operations.

Responsible for set-up, support and execution for various industry events including, but not limited to trade shows, conferences, training, forums, networking receptions, media partnerships, social events, etc.

Participate in trade show planning and budgeting

Other miscellaneous duties as requested include assisting with marketing in other areas of the company and performing essential day-to-day administrative duties.

Trade Shows:

  • Serve as project manager for trade shows including collaborative booth design, warehouse pre-build, set -up, strike and ship.
  • Keep calendar and update salesforce for all planned shows
  • Complete ordering for all required show deadlines
  • Coordinate event logistics, including but not limited to researching venues, negotiating costs, catering, transportation, shipping, registration, hotel reservations, collateral printing/displays, signage, audio/visual, electrical, list acquisitions, virtual booth, reciprocal web links

Marketing Support:

  • Organize special purchases, and maintain schedules for the procurement of all Trade Show collateral materials including brochures and swag
